Collected and recycled:
FROM WASTE TO BIODIESEL
Save nature in three stages
-
Stage I
Nowadays, using sunflower oil for cooking is commonplace. But no one thinks about the correct disposal. Pouring out oil causes great damage to the soil and the environment.
The solution: collect the used oil and contact us — we are ready to buy it and give it a second life.
-
Stage II
The collected oil is tested in the production laboratory and then sent to the clarifiers, where it undergoes a refining process.
After this stage, the oil undergoes esterification, where chemical reactions take place. The key point in production is the complete conversion of fats into biodiesel.
Finally, the finished fuel undergoes strict quality control.
-
Stage III
We get green fuel. Biodiesel is produced from vegetable oils, which makes it more environmentally friendly than conventional diesel. It has a lower content of sulphur and other harmful substances.
The use of biodiesel helps to reduce CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions, as it is biodegradable and produced from renewable sources.
Biofuels have better lubricating properties, which can extend engine life.
